TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Check Out Time: 11:00 AM
   Check In Time: 12:30 PM
2. Cancelation: Only 24 Hours before from Check In time is acceptable.
3. Cottage Tarrif Balance payment at Check In time only. Meal payment at check out time
4. To reach Pinaceae Resort we have 2.5 km off road drive which is moterable with steap road. We offer complimentary service to keep you safe and comfertable.
   1. Guest can drive his / her vehicle by his/her self to reach resort, if he/she is confident on his/her driving.
   2. We will come with guest in our car. Guest has to follow our car.
   3. We will provide driver to drive guest car till resort and same service to come back from resort.
   4. We will park guest car at our house 2 km before resort and we will carry guest in our car till resort. Same service to come back from resort.
5. You have to submit all guest ID for varification at check in time only.
6. Any damage done by guest will be charged accordingly.
7. Any kind of ligal issue will be solved in Chakrata Court only.
